Youth arrested with brown sugar

Based on secret information, plainclothes police of Matigara Police Station arrested a youth with 18 grams of brown sugar on Wednesday. The arrested has been identified as MD Akhtarul (22 years), a resident of Ramganj area of North Dinajpur. According to sources, he rented a house in Biswas Colony area and was running the business from there.
