WBJEE 2025 to be held on April 27

Kolkata: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations (WBJEE) for the year 2025 will be held on April 27, Sunday, the state Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) announced on Friday.

Every year, the Board conducts the exam for admission to undergraduate courses in engineering, technology, pharmacy and architecture at universities and colleges across the state. In 2024, the exam took place on April 28 and the results were published on June 6. A total of 1,13,492 students participated in the exam, with 1,12,963 qualifying, translating to a 99.53 per cent success rate. As the examination date for 2025 is set, the WBJEEB has urged all aspiring candidates to regularly visit its official website, www.wbjeeb.nic.in or www.wbjeeb.in, for updates. According to a Board official, the detailed information bulletin, which will include the schedule for online registration, will be released soon.
