SNU to host int’l conference on cell signalling on Jan 16-17
Kolkata: The Sister Nivedita University (SNU), Newtown, is set to host SNU-BioTalk 2025, an international conference on “Symphony of Cellular Signals in Metabolism and Immune Response,” scheduled for January 16-17. The event jointly organised by the departments of Microbiology, Biotechnology and Applied Nutrition and Dietetics, SNU, will bring together over 200 participants, including students, research scholars and faculty members, alongside 40 distinguished scientists from across India and abroad. The two-day conference will focus on cutting-edge advancements in cellular signalling, metabolism and immunology with the aim of addressing global challenges in human health and disease. The conference will feature a series of keynote addresses, plenary talks, panel discussions,poster presentations and model exhibitions.
“This event will serve as a catalyst for fostering collaboration between academia and research institutions, while empowering young scientists to drive groundbreaking innovations,” said one of the joint conveners of the conference.
