Sitalakuchi: Fire Devastates homes & paddy fields

COOCH BEHAR: A fire in Golenaohati village, Sitalakuchi on Sunday engulfed four bighas of paddy land, two houses, and hay stacks. Starting in Kanteshwar Burman’s kitchen, it quickly spread to two houses and surrounding areas. The Sitalkuchi fire brigade managed to control the fire. Two fire engines were deployed.
