State Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Pradip Kumar Mazumdar inaugurates the 21st Saras Mela at the New Town Mela Ground on Friday, alongside senior officials and dignitaries, as the state announces another Srishtishree fair from January 21, to promote rural artisans and self-help groups.
