Protest in school for serving bad quality midday meal

A group of guardians staged a demonstration protesting against the alleged low quality of food served as midday meal in Kushmandi block’s Nayapara Primary School. They locked the main gate and demanded immediate removal of the head teacher, Tapas Nandi. Police from Kushmandi Police Station and Sub-Inspector of Schools (Primary) Roman Das assured to look into the matter.
