Madhyamik admit cards to be distributed on January 30
Kolkata: The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) has announced that it will distribute the admit cards for the Madhyamik examination 2025 on January 30. On the same day, special answer scripts designed for children with special needs (CWSN) will also be made available for candidates who will be writing their answers independently, without the aid of an amanuensis.
As per a notification issued by the Board, admit cards for both regular and external candidates can be collected between 11 am and 5 pm from designated camp offices. Heads of recognised schools, or their authorised representatives, are required to collect the admit cards in person.
In the event of any discrepancies or errors in the admit cards, schools must notify the respective regional council offices of the Board in writing on or before February 6.
The Board has emphasised that no correction requests will be accepted after this deadline.
In a related development, the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education will open the online registration portal for Class IX students who missed the initial registration deadlines.
The portal will be accessible from 11 am on January 16 to 11 am on February 5, 2025. Late registrations will incur a fee, and schools are urged to complete the registration process within the stipulated time frame.
