Elephant herd damages 2 houses in Kharibari

Siliguri: A herd of wild elephants entered a residential area and damaged two houses in 10 number line of Thanjhora Tea Estate in Buraganj in Kharibari on Friday morning.

The forest officials from Ghoshpukur Range arrived at the spot and drove the herd of elephants back to the forest.
