Day 3 in Falta AC: ‘Sebaashray’ treats 13,706 people

Kolkata: ‘Sebaashray’ health camps on day 3 of Falta Assembly Constituency (AC) segment served around 13,706 patients. The number of patients registration since inception has reached to 3,15,349 in the past 113 days since the massive initiative was inaugurated in Diamond
Harbour AC by its MP Abhishek Banerjee.

It’s a mission for a better tomorrow!” “Sebaashray” health camps, a brainchild of Abhishek Banerjee served 13,962 patients on the second day of the camps under Falta Assembly Constituency (AC) on Monday. Combined with the Diamond Harbour AC figure, the health camps till Monday had treated 3,01,643 patients. The second chapter ‘Sebaashray’ health camps kicked off in Falta Assembly constituency on Sunday. Around 40 camps in Falta registered a footfall of 11,452 on the day 1 while 6,580 patients were treated in those health camps. Around 5,588 people were given medicines and 339 referrals were made on Sunday.
Free medical tests, eye-checkup among essential diagnostic tests offered at ‘Sebaashray’ camps came as major relief for common people. ‘Sebaashray’ health camps are offering seven essential diagnostic tests — BMI, blood pressure, blood sugar, haemoglobin, malaria, dengue and ECG — free-of-cost. In addition, advanced services like digital X-rays, cardiac monitoring facility and eye clinics are also available free-of-cost.
