Senior officials will continue to conduct surprise visits not only to the hostel of the first-year MBBS students but also to those of second-year and third-year students as well. MBBS students from the second, third and fourth years have been warned not to pressure anybody for subscriptions for feasts. Some steps would also be taken up to improve the standard of the hotel and the quality of the stay.
