Cabinet approves upgradation of Nandigram Police Station

Kolkata: The state Cabinet on Monday approved the upgradation of Nandigram Police Station in East Midnapore to a peri-urban police station.

The police station will be equipped with additional infrastructure in the form of manpower and other necessary requisites of modernisation. The Cabinet meeting was held in the chamber of CM Mamata Banerjee in the state Assembly.
