Body of newborn child recovered

Siliguri: The corpse of a newborn baby was recovered from near the parking lot of Bagdogra Railway Station on Sunday. Locals noticed the child inside a bush near the parking lot. Later, they informed the Railway Police. Bagdogra Police and Railway Police rushed to the spot and took the baby to Bagdogra Primary Health Centre, where doctors declared her dead. Police have started an investigation into the incident.
