Body of a class IX girl recovered from a brick kiln

The gory corpse of a class IX girl was spotted by the locals at an abandoned brick kiln of Bisanpur area under Malda police station on Friday evening.

The onlookers alleged rape and murder of the minor girl.

The girl had gone missing after she had gone to attend a programme in the village on Friday afternoon. The police recovered the body and sent for the post-mortem.
