SP supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav, whose party is supporting the UPA govt at the Centre, asked his party workers to be ready for snap LS polls as there was ‘little time’ left.
‘Lok Sabha polls can be held anytime. You all should be prepared for it and ensure that SP wins maximum number of seats. If we get 60 out of 80 seats, (voice of) UP will be heard in Delhi’, Yadav said.
Claiming that there was ‘little time’ left for the elections, Yadav asked party workers to work at grassroots level and tell people about work done by the Akhilesh govt in ‘such a short span of time’.
Yadav said electricity scenario in the state will soon improve following a number of measures taken by state govt to enhance power generation.
