BBC offices evacuated following bomb scare

Police on Tuesday evacuated the offices of the British Broadcasting Corporation and cordoned off London’s Great Portland Street following a security threat in the British capital. The incident came a day before the British Parliament is set to pass a resolution sanctioning air strikes on the Islamic State strongholds in Syria. The iconic London Bridge and Hays Galleria, a shopping district in downtown London, have also been evacuated after a ‘suspicious item’ was found, reports said.
