B-Tech student held for sexual assault on minor in Noida

A final year B Tech student in Noida has been arrested for sexually assaulting his seven-year-old neighbour. According to police the accused Prateek Awasthi, a B-Tech final year student in a college in Greater Noida, called on the girl at her rented accommodation and sexually assaulted her two days back. At the time of incident the girl was alone in her house and her parents had gone out to work. When her parents returned, the girl narrated the story to her mother, who in turn informed the police about the incident.

A case has been registered in Phase-II police station in Noida.
