ASI among two arrested for preparing fake marksheets

Three persons have been arrested for supplying and preparing fake educational documents. Fake marksheets and degrees of Delhi University. B.Com (pass) have also been recovered. One computer along with a printer and a pen drive containing various formats of provisional certificates of education boards of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana have been seized.

‘Ajit Saini (50), Ashok Kumar (48) and Suresh Yadav(49) were held for preparing and supplying these fake provisional certificates of education boards of Delhi, UP and Haryana,’ said a police official. Suresh Yadav who was working as ASI (assistant sub-inspector) with Delhi police, has been suspended. 

An input was received by crime branch by an informer that some individuals are indulging in preparing fake educational documents for illegal financial gains. A team was constituted to nab them. Some officials struck a deal for fake marksheets and degree of B.Com (Pass) Delhi University to trap the accused.
