Arts faculty approves four-year programme

Faculty of Arts of Delhi University has granted approval to the multiple courses under various departments for the new four-year undergraduate programme.
The university said that the faculty of arts on Friday has granted approval to the multiple courses of study under the departments of English, Hindi, Urdu, Modern Indian language & Literay Studies, Germanic & Romance Studies, Arabic, Buddhist Studies, Linguistics, Persian, Psychology, Philosophy , Punjabi and Sanskrit.
The mentioned courses include the Honours programme (i.e Discipline-I courses), Discipline-II courses as well as Application courses in respect of all requirements of the new four-year undergraduate programme. With this approval, barring four departments, all courses of studies in respect of all departments of all faculties stand approved for submission to the academic council.
