Here's art for a good cause. PVR Nest created a flagship program called CineArt that reaches out to over 50,000 children from 100 schools on critical sustainability issues like nature.
Last year, they launched the largest student led campaign- CineArt Aqua on the critical issue of ‘water conservation & recovery’. They reached out to 50 schools in Delhi to create ambassadors and leaders on water. After engaging extensively with these children through creative mediums one public/ one NGO school got together to make their PSM movie.
On 11 April, these students will premier their original films in presence of Harish Rawat, Hon’ble Minister of Water Resources - GOI, Nagesh Kukunoor and a jury panel comprising of Sohail Hashmi (Cultural activist, writer, filmmaker), P N Vasanti (Director- Centre for Media Studies) and Dr. Sanjay Rana (Chairman- Aqua Foundation).
