The incident took place on Monday at approximately 4 pm when the businessman, who has been identified as Vivek Sood alias Bitto (46) had gone to the Punjab National Bank at Adi Marg in the Govindpuri area. After withdrawing Rs 3 lakh from the bank, Sood got into his SX4 car, parked outside the bank.
