April-June PC shipments crash by 14.1%

PC shipments in India rose 1.4 <g data-gr-id="34">per cent</g> to 2.19 million units in the April-June 2015 quarter over the January-March quarter of the year, helped by a rebound in the commercial segment, research firm IDC said on Wednesday.
The sales were, however, lower by 14.1 per cent compared to the same quarter last year, IDC said in a statement. It said the Indian PC market is looking to recuperate in due course of time as PC segment recorded 1.04 million unit shipments.
