Another major reshuffle in Delhi Police

In yet another major reshuffle in Delhi Police, two Additional Commissioners of Police (Addl CP), 11 Deputy Commissioners of Police (DCP) have been transferred on Thursday. While one Additional DCP-I has been promoted to the rank of DCP.
Atul Katiyar has been transferred to the licensing department as Additional CP. He was earlier posted as Additional CP/Armed Police. Dr AK Singh from 1999 batch has been transferred to Additional CP/Armed Police.
Bhola Shankar Jaiswal (IPS-2000) who was the DCP of south district has been transferred to the traffic department (southern range) as DCP. Prem Nath, who was posted as DCP/ Traffic (SR) will be the new DCP of south district.
Mandeep S Randhawa has been promoted from Additional DCP-I (East) to DCP (south-east) while P Karunakaran who was DCP/South-East will be proceeding on training. Rajiv Ranjan who was DCP/PCR has been transferred to DCP/Special Cell. Bhairon Singh Gujjar will be the new DCP/Security (PM).
Brajesh Kumar Singh has been transferred from Mizoram to DCP/EOW whereas Brahm Singh from 2003 batch has been shifted from Goa and has been made DCP/PCR. Raj Kumar Singh will be the new DCP/PCR (Operations). Praaiz Ahmed has been transferred as DCP/Security.
Rajesh Kumar has been transferred from Arunachal Pradesh to DECP/7th Bn. DAP, while Rishi Pal, transferred from Mizoram will be Additional DCP-I (North-west). Pushpendra Kumar (IPS 2006) is Additional DCP-I (east), Mahesh Bharadwaj is Additional DCP-I (south-east), Shweta Chauhan has been transferred as Additional DCP-I (outer).
Umesh Kumar has been transferred from Additional DCP/PCR (Operations) to Addl DCP-II (New Delhi) and Joy N Tirkey has been promoted as Additional DCP/Recruitment Cell. Rakesh Pawaria (DANIPS 1998) is the new Additional DCP/Metro.
