Those who have communed with the world, their toils shall end and their faces shall flame with glory. Not only shall they have salvation, but many more shall find freedom with them. Those who hear of this power or approach it, neither die nor be born again.
Dinesh Gaur has depicted the eternal journey of the human soul in his series of photographs, called Anantyatra. The photographer has transformed his spiritual values and his search for the eternal truth in this series. He believes that, the human body is the temple of God where he is waiting for you through his art. Looking within, with a longing in the heart and silence of one’s soul one will find God– not see him, he says.
Dinesh believes that, those who have material eyes only, seek Him in vain, in outward things. In the body resides the priceless jewels of divinity. In the body lies are all the material realms and planes. The body is the treasure of the eternal truth, reached only trough meditation with the guidance of master. The photographer also believes that all the gods are in the body- the whole creation itself, the spiritual region, and the material planes. In the body dwells the Lord Supreme who nourishes all. “My series Anantyatra is the manifestation of my thoughts and inner consciousness of Moksha,” says Dinesh Gaur.
His philosophy of art portrays the magnificence of cosmos in the symbolic fashion. “Words are entirely incomplete to describe this experience, for now as the disciple I completely recognize my absolute separation from the material universe and from the languages of the physical world.”
