Akhilesh's Sunday surprise for 13 babus

Uttar Pradesh government on Sunday transferred thirteen senior Indian Administrative Services (IAS) officers including six District Magistrate (DM) and appointed three new divisional commissioners.
The government has appointed new DMs of Kannauj, Allahabad, Pilibhit, Badaun, Moradabad and Mau.
According to an official statement , the Secretary Higher Education Sushil Kumar has been made Divisional Commissioner of Basti while T Vekentesh, who was waiting for posting, takes the post of Kumar. DM Mau Kunwar Vikram Singh has been made Divisional Commissioner of Aligarh while Sashi Bhushan Lal Sushil, who was on waiting, was made the DM of Mau.
Secretary Human Rights Commissioner Jitendra Kumar has been shifted as secretary Medical Health while DM Allahabad Anil Kumar has been made Special Secretary Technical Education.
DM Pilibhit Rajshekhar has been made DM of Allahabad; Managing director Paschimanchal Power Distribution Corporation Amit Gupta has been made DM of Pilibhit; Sanjay Kumar, who was on waiting, has been made DM of Moradabad; DM Badaun Mayur Maheshwari has been made Special Secretary in the Irrigation department while Gauri Shanker Priyardarshi,who was on waiting, has been made DM of Badaun. Director(Administration) Medical Health; Ashok Kumar Verma has been made divisional Commissioner of Devipatan-Gonda. And DM Chitrakoot Dr Adarsh Singh has been made DM of Kannauj.
The state government has also shifted 19 senior Provencial Civil Services officers and 21 officers.
