Airport express’ new fares effective from today

‘As per the revised fare structure applicable from Thursday, the single journey fare on the corridor will be Rs 20 replacing the earlier minimum fare of Rs 30 and the maximum fare will be Rs 100 against the earlier maximum fare of Rs180. The move intends to provide “greater convenience” to commuters’, read the statement from DMRC. The line connects Dwarka Sector 21 in west Delhi to New Delhi Railway Station via Dhaula Kuan.
‘Now, a one-way journey from the New Delhi station to Dwarka Sector 21 using single journey token will now cost only Rs100, the statement added. DMRC will offer further discounts on the purchase of multiple journey trip cards. In case of 60-trip cards, the minimum and maximum one-way fares will come down to less than nine and 40 percent, respectively.
