AICTE derecognises IP university engg college

In a shock and dismay to over 700 students of IP university’s Guru Premsukh Memorial College of Engineering, the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) has derecognised the college for not fulfilling certain requirements.
The students of the college are being relocated to Mahaveer Swami Institute of Technology (MSIT) in Sonepat.
‘This year, during AICTE’s inspection our college was derecognised since it did not fulfil certain requirements. The authorities have been ordered to shut the college and the students are being relocated to MSIT’, said a student of the college requesting anonymity.
The students of the college are being relocated to Mahaveer Swami Institute of Technology (MSIT) in Sonepat.
