After being ragged, girl commits suicide

A girl student of a pharmacy college allegedly committed suicide after being ragged by her seniors and a faculty member, police said on Friday. Four of her seniors, all females, and the faculty member were arrested on Friday, they said. Anita Sharma (18), pursuing her B-Pharma second year course from the RKDF College, hanged herself on Thursday at her residence in Jeevan Vihar Society here, police said. A note, purportedly written by Anita, blamed her four seniors and the faculty member for the suicide, police said.
