Advaita brings emotions to life at VIPS media fest

After electrifying performances of the bands in ‘The Big Band Theory: Band Wars’ and the soul soothing show by the famous Indian fusion band Advaita, the third day at Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS) Spandan X,  started with ‘Rang manch’, a stage play event.

Emotions came alive with the awe-inspiring depiction of talent and deftness of the actors guided by skilful direction at the event. The event saw a healthy participation of around 10 teams from various Delhi University colleges and Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

Other events of the day which garnered enthusiastic participation and audience were Junkyard Wars, Treasure Hunt, 60 Seconds to Fame and Street Dance. By far the most awaited event of Spandan, Riwaz – Fashion Parade was one of the happening events of the day with its amalgamation of pep and outlook. The day concluded with a Folk night performance by the folk group – Santosh ji and party, who  performed authentic Rajasthani, Sufi and Punjabi folk music.
