An agitating Congress member in Lok Sabha on Monday banged his placard on the table of the Speaker, prompting the angry Sumitra Mahajan to abruptly adjourned the House for an hour.
Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury banged his placard when discussion was underway on the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Bill, 2015, amid continuing slogan-shouting by Congress members demanding resignation of External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje and Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
