Aarushi case: hearing adjourned till 16 April

A special CBI court has adjourned the hearing of the Aarushi-Hemraj murder case till 16 April. The hearing was delayed after CBI superintendent of police AGL Kaul, who was to depose before the court, failed to turn up.

The bureau informed the court that Kaul could not appear as he was out of station.
