The Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) question put to the people of the national capital has so far received over 10 lakh responses. Around 5 lakh of the responses have come through emails, SMSes and phone calls.
In order to reach out to a larger section of the population, the party’s 28 elected MLAs and 42 defeated candidates will hold public meetings on Saturday and Sunday in each of the wards of their assembly constituencies. A total of 270 meetings are likely to be held as an attempt to gauge public mood on government formation in the national capital by the party. The party is also distributing 25 lakh letters among Delhiites to get a sense of their mood.
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convener Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday solicited an overwhelming ‘Yes’ from aam aadmi (common man) to run a coalition government in the national capital. Kejriwal categorically mentioned that he will not form a government even if the difference between ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ received from the people is minuscule.
