AAP membership crosses 50 lakh: Rai

Aam Aadmi Party on Wednesday announced that more than 50 lakh people from all over India have joined the AAP till now, senior party leader Gopal Rai.
‘A large number of people have joined the AAP through the door-to-door membership drive,' said Rai at a press conference here, claiming that people from all over India from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and Gujarat to Arunachal are enthusiastic about becoming party members. A total of 35,55,425 people have registered through door-to-door membership drive, 10,80,000 through the SMS and missed calls and 6,40,000 through online service, he said.
