AAP has lost all credibility: Vardhan

The leader of Opposition in Delhi assembly Harsh Vardhan has said that the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has lost its credibility as the police officers are not responding to the calls of their ministers.

He also pulled up Delhi law minister Somnath Bharti for revealing the name of Danish citizen who was allegedly gang raped in the city on Tuesday. ‘It seems the ministers of the government have lost their credibility due to their non-serious behaviour in the public. How can police officers who are expected to reach on the spot swiftly on call of any ordinary citizen, deny to take action against a prostitution cum sex racket on call of a minister?’ asked Vardhan.

‘Law minister has been a senior advocate but he seems to have less knowledge of law than an ordinary citizen of Delhi. He once called a meeting of judges and is now revealing the name of a gang rape victim,’ he added. Reacting to the revelations of AAP MLA Vinod Kumar Binny on Thursday morning Vardhan said, ‘It’s now established that AAP has an unholy alliance with Congress and has ensured latter’s entry into the government from back door.’
