33-year-old gang raped

A 33 year old woman was allegedly gang- raped by four men in East Delhi on Sunday morning. No arrests have been made in the case so far. The victim has told the police that two of the four accused are known to her.
According to the police, the victim was abducted from an area near Akshardham Mandir at around 9 am. Soon after dragging her inside the white coloured vehicle, the four took turns to rape her. They later dumped at the Bhairav Mandir in New Delhi district.
A PCR van under Tilak Mark police station spotted the victim, who was in a very bad condition. The woman told the cops about the incident, who then informed their seniors about it. Meanwhile, the victim was rushed to the nearby Ram Manohar Lohia hospital, where she underwent first aid treatment.
When her condition became stable, a medical test was conducted that confirmed rape. The victim has also told the police that her mobile phone, along with some cash that she was carrying, was taken by the four accused before they dumped her. The victim’s a resident of the Mandawali area. On the basis of her statement and the medical examination report, a case under the appropriate sections for gang rape and robbery of Indian Penal Code have been registered at Mandawali police station.
Since two of the accused are known to the victim, the FIR mentions their names.'A man-hunt is on to nab the accused,' the official added.

A 29-year-old man has been arrested for raping and blackmailing a 22-year-old married woman, police said on Sunday. The victim in her complaint told police that Rajbir Singh, who is married and has two children, was known to her as the two hail from Mahendragarh district in Haryana and are relatives.
In separate incidences, two minors were reportedly raped in the city’s southern range. Accused in one rape case has been arrested whereas the second accused is still absconding. In the first incident, a 10-year-old girl has been raped by her neighbour over some personal enmity, while in a separate incident, a 5-year-old girl was raped in Kapasera area of South-West Delhi.
