3 held for robbing rail passengers

Three persons were arrested for their alleged involvement in separate cases of thefts from rail passengers, police said on Tuesday. Ashok Kumar, Zulfkar and Kamdev Mandal were arrested by the Delhi Police based on three separate complaints. Kumar was arrested after one Maninder Singh complained on Friday that unidentified stole his bag from Delhi Cant Railway Station. ‘Interrogation revealed that accused Ashok Kumar is a habitual criminal previously involved in five cases,’ a senior police said.
