3 dies in 3 separate accidents

Three major accidents have been reported in the capital on Wednesday.The first incident where three of a family, including anine-year-old boy, died when the car they were travelling in fromChandigarh to Faridabad rammed into a parked truck in the wee hours of Wednesday in the national capital.’Pushpa, 70, her daughter-in-law Ruchi, 45, and grandson Vedant died on the spot, while son Raushan, 50, was criticallyinjured,’ said a police official. The second incident took place at South Delhi’s South Extension, at Ring Road, where a speeding Wagon R car rammedinto an NDMC truck ithe morning at around 7 am.‘The Wagon R was a radio cab, which had a female passenger in it alongwith a driver. The truck driver did not receive any injuries as the car hit the truck from behind,’ said a police official.The lady passenger and the driver are critically injured, and have been admitted to AIIMS trauma centre, where they are undergoing treatment.
