2 US Senators headed to India

Following PM Narendra Modi’s visit to the US, two US senators would soon be travelling to India, during which they would meet senior defence and foreign affairs officials and pay their respect to victims of 26/11. Senators Angus King, a member of the Senate Armed Services and Intelligence Committees, and Tim Kaine, chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Subcommittee on Near Eastern and South and Central Asian Affairs, will be India from 6 to 11 October.
