2 bikers killed in Dwarka mishap

Two bikers were killed after a car rammed into their motorcycles in a fatal accident reported from Dwarka of South West district on Tuesday evening.
The police said the deceased, identified by the police as Sunil (34) and Sandeep, were natives of Haryana. They were rammed by an over speeding car while riding on their bikes. ‘The accused, Pramod, who was driving a Toyota Etios car, rammed into four other vehicles including a Honda Accord, a Maruti 800, Apache and Deluxe motorcycles at the Dwarka Sector-13 crossing. Sandeep and Sunil were driving the two motorcycles,’ said a senior police official.
The police were informed about the accident at about 6.04 pm on Tuesday.
A Police Control Room vehicle took Sunil and Sandeep to Ayushman Hospital in Dwarka, where doctors declared them brought dead. Their bodies have been shifted to the Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital in west Delhi.
Meanwhile, Pramod, the accused in the case, was injured in the accident and was taken to Ayushman Hospital too. ‘He will be arrested after his treatment is complete,’ said the officer.
