19-yr-old brutally killed in SE Delhi

The incident took place when Sachin, the victim went to the main market in Ambedkar Nagar area to buy some household things. Eye-witnesses have revealed that around 10-12 men on bikes surrounded him and opened fired. ‘Soon after the attack, they all managed to flee leaving him in a pool of blood,’ the official said.
A call was made to the police control room by one of the eye-witnesses. The police official rushed him to the nearby hospital where he was declared dead on arrival. ‘Apart from gunshots, stabbing marks were also found on his body,’ an investigating official said. Sachin is a resident of Madangiri area in south Delhi. ‘Prima facie circumstances suggest that it is a case of personal enmity.
Investigation is on to establish the motive behind the murder,’ he added.
His family members have been informed and are being quizzed at the police station. A case under the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code including murder and criminal conspiracy has been registered against the unknown accused.
Meanwhile, in a separate incident, a 51-year-old security guard was stabbed to death by a 28-year-old man in south-east Delhi’s Nizzamudin area. The deceased has been identified as Bahadur who hailed from Nepal and was working as a security guard in the area.
Another guard, Ashok found him lying in a pool of blood near Summan Bazaar in Bhogal. Police found two stab wounds on his body. During the investigation, it was learnt that Bahadur had a tiff with one Vinod, who has allegedly killed him. Vinod was later arrested.
