18 hurt in Haryana cylinder blast

At least 18 people were injured, six of whom are in serious condition, in a cylinder blast at a building of a colony in Haryana’s Panchkula district.
The blast took place in a building in Himshikha colony of Pinjore on Wednesday, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Vivek Atray said. The cause of the blast is being probed, he said.
Meanwhile, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar announced assistance of Rs 1 lakh each for treatment of those seriously injured and Rs 50,000 each to the other injured people.
