17-year-old girl raped in moving car

The main accused was accompanied by two others who reportedly helped him commit the alleged crime. All three of them have been booked under section 376(g) of IPC (gang-rape) and relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
According to a source, one of the accused, Satish (24), was known to the victim and had made a call to her asking her to meet him on Friday evening. He also allegedly threatened the victim that he and his friends would kill her family members if she failed to follow his instructions.
‘He told her to come out of her house and board a vehicle in which he and his friends would arrive. The girl refused but was intimidated to follow all instructions,’ said a source.
He further said, ‘The Scorpio SUV sped away as soon as the victim boarded it. The victim mentioned that while Satish was sitting on the back seat, the second accused, Sanjay (32), was driving the car and the third accused, Ajay (28), was sitting on the navigator seat. All three of them were arrested soon after the SUV was tracked near Geeta Colony in east Delhi.
The victim has alleged that Satish raped her and then dumped her at a secluded place. When she regained her senses, she was unable to identify where she was. She was spotted by an auto-rickshaw driver, who came for help. On hearing her ordeal, he took her to the Geeta Colony police station, said sources.
He further said, officials of the Geeta Colony police station then informed the Bhalswa Dairy police station about the incident, as the point from where she was abducted was in their jurisdiction. Later it was also discovered that when the victim went missing for a long time, her parents had filed a complaint at the Bhalswa Dairy police station.
‘The main accused is a resident of Geeta Colony and all three of them work as property dealers in east Delhi,’ added sources.
