16 Dec gang rape: Carpenter identifies all four accused

A man, who was allegedly robbed by the 16 December gang rape case accused, has identified them and told a Delhi court that he was beaten up by them soon after he had boarded their bus and was later thrown out of the moving vehicle after they had snatched his mobile phone and cash. 

Ram Adhar, carpenter, during his deposition in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Daya Prakash pointed towards each of the four accused present in the court room and said they are the same persons who had robbed and caused ‘injuries to me and later pushed me (out of the bus) in a manner that I would come under the wheels’.

He said the juvenile accused had snatched his mobile phone.
