Kolkata: Considering the rush of passenger in Sealdah South-Majerhat -Budge Budge and Bullygunj-Majerhat-BBD Bag sections, Eastern Railway's Sealdah division has planned to resume the existing EMU services with partial modification and cancellation with effect from Saturday.
Consequently, the three pairs of existing Sealdah-Majerhat-Budge Budge EMU services viz., 34126/34125, 34128/34127 & 34146/34145 will resume from Saturday. As a result, the running of EMU special services in Sealdah-Budge Budge-Sealdah and existing suburban services in circular railway section will remain cancelled.
Besides, the destination 30451 BBD Bag-Sealdah South local will be changed to Baruipur and 30152 Naihati- Majerhat local will run via Dum Dum junction-Kolkata-BBD Bag- Majerhat instead of via Dum Dum Jn.- Kankurgachi chord-Ballygunje-Majerhat.
Moreover, 34418 Sealdah-Sonarpur local and 30154 Naihati- Majerhat local via Dum Dum-Ballygunje will run as per existing schedule of suburban timetable-2018.
13133/13134 Sealdah-Varanasi Express has been extended up to Manduadih. The extended journey of 13133 Sealdah-Varanasi Express will commence from Sealdah w.e.f. 08.03.2019 and that of the corresponding down train (13134) w.e.f. 11.03.2019 from Manduadih. This apart, 13133 will reach Manduadih at 22.10 hours and 13134 will leave Manduadih at 08.15 hours.
