Kolkata: The Howrah City Police is organising a workshop on traffic safety for drivers and helpers of commercial vehicles.
The workshop is going to be held at Sarat Sadan where drivers and helpers of buses, taxis and even totos will be involved.
They will be going through different video footages and they would pick up lessons on road safety. A senior police officer said drivers and helpers are considered to be first respondents when an accident takes place.
So, during the workshop they would also learn what to do on an immediate basis to rescue people.
