Kolkata: Rabindra Bharati University (RBU) has set up a committee to probe the lapses that might have led to the trouble at the Basanta Utsav at the university campus on Monday.
Professor Sabyasachi Basu Ray Chaudhury, Vice-Chancellor, told the media after the meeting of the Executive Committee held on Friday that a four-member committee has been set up to investigate the lapses. The committee will submit its report within a month and action will be taken only after getting the report.
Professor Ray Chaudhury made it clear that the Basanta Utsav will be held in 2021 but it will be decided later as to who would be invited to attend the function.
