Kolkata: State Law minister Malay Ghatak has again been summoned by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with the coal scam case.
Ghatak has been asked to appear before the ED officers in Delhi on February 8.
A few days ago, Ghatak was asked to appear on February 2 by the ED. But the minister did not appear citing the Covid situation. In October last year, Ghatak had been summoned in Delhi and was then questioned by the ED officials in connection with the coal scam case. This time, Ghatak has again been summoned with several documents.
