Arugula
Baby Spinach
Cucumber
Tomato
White Onion

METHOD
Put arugula leaves and baby spinach and dice tomato, white onion, dice cucumber, cherry tomato in a salad bowl.
Dress it with tangy lemon vinegar dressing.
Mix well, serve fresh.
