Nariyal ki Kheer

Ingredients:
Milk 1 litre
Khoya 50 gm
Coconut milk 250ml
Sugar to taste
Coconut cream 100gm
Procedure:
Heat the milk and reduce it to 50 %
Add sugar, coconut milk, khoya and bring it to a boil.
Keep it aside for chilling.
Cut the fresh coconut into half and take out the fresh creamy layer in it.
Chop the fresh coconut cream layer and add it to the chilled milk prep. Serve cold
