Lauki ka Halwa

Ingredients

Bottle gourd   1 full piece
Khoya   150 to 200gms
Ghee      4 to 5 tablespoonful
Sugar     as per your taste
Milk        1 cup
Dry fruits- cashews
and raisins (optional)
Kesar few strands (optional)
Method
De-skin the bottle gourd and grate it properly
Heat ghee in a pan until it gets hot and then add the grated gourd
Fry the mixture properly till the watery content in the gourd dries up. However, the ghee should be visible
Now, add milk and sugar, and then stir the mixture until thick
Add grated khoya to the final product
Garnish the serving with few dry fruits and kesar.
