CHOCOLATE BUNS

Ingredients
90 g Flour
20 g Cocoa powder
6 tablespoons  
Granulated sugar
Yeast
1½ teaspoons salt
1 cup Lukewarm water 
¼ cup Lukewarm milk
1 Stick Unsalted butter
1 cup Chocolate chips
METHOD
Place flour, cocoa Powder, sugar and yeast in the bowl . After mixing stir the mixture in the salt.
Add water, milk and butter in the dough. Mix the dough thoroughly  and add chocolate chips and continue to knead for a  few seconds.
Place the dough in a bowl brushed with oil and apply well. Cover it with plastic and keep it in a warm place for 2 hours until it gets doubled.
Make 20 balls of dough after it gets dry on a baking sheet and cover them again till they get doubled.
Preheat oven to 350F\175 degrees C, 20 minutes before.
Bake buns for 20 minutes and allow them to cool and serve.
